This high-quality, 3in (76.2mm) mandrel-bent pipe features TIG-welded hangers and removes a significant restriction in the exhaust system.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe main brief was to improve the sound and unleash the full potential of that straight-six engine. Following intensive development, Cobra Sport have delivered a product that truly awakens the sound of the M240i, while also improving gas flow.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe exhaust now emits a deep and vibrant tone, especially evident under load, while under deceleration, there's now an audible burble, accompanied by pops and bangs. This simple, but effective upgrade completely changes the character of the car, giving it a more sporty and thrilling sound with a 7.5% dB increase.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eA direct replacement for the OEM part, the Cobra Sport PPF Delete is the most cost-effective way to improve the sound of the stock M240i.
