Delivery

At VUDU Performance, we work closely with our trusted suppliers to offer a wide range of high-quality products. While we strive to keep a diverse selection in stock, but not every item listed on our website is always in stock. We aim to provide you with the best possible variety, and if a product is temporarily unavailable, rest assured we are doing everything we can to replenish it as quickly as possible. In stock items are dispatched the next working day and delivered the following day.

Returns

Should you wish to return an order for a refund or store credit, please process this by contacting our orders department HERE!

Our returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

In line with our Terms & Conditions, unwanted returns will incur up to a 30% restocking fee.

We unfortunately cannot accept a return on a made to order item. This is due to our suppliers own terms and conditions so therefore will not accept any returns on specialist items.
