Here we have the AIRTEC Stage 2 Intercooler Upgrade for the Ford Fiesta 1.0 EcoBoost. Enhancing the cooling of your Fiesta 1.0 EcoBoost, the AIRTEC Intercooler has been designed as a direct replacement for the original manufacturer intercooler, mounting directly onto the crash bar of your vehicle.
The proven horizontal 60mm intercooler core, runs left to right of the end tanks to give the single pass design intercooler the shortest route for the charged air to pass though.This is a benefit for such a small turbo as the faster the charged air can get in & out the better.
AIRTEC makes full use of the top section as this is the hottest part of the intercooler and allows for the maximum amount of airflow as possible. If you require further airflow from the intercooler, then more of the grill can be opened with Dremel or a Drill, AIRTEC suggest this be completed whilst fitting the intercooler to your Ford Fiesta 1.0 EcoBoost.
