Like the engine oil, the DSG Gearbox on the MQB platform is susceptible to overheating, the higher power your vehicle is running, the more important it is to protect it!
The DSG Oil Cooler System from Racingline Performance is an essential engine component on any high powered VW Golf R or Audi S3 that is running our high powered VUDU Software. The complete and ready to install package uses a clever sandwich plate design for straightforward and completely reliable installation to give you the peace of mind that the quality you are purchasing is only to the signature high standards of a Racingline Performance cooling system.
With the high powered remap producing more power and torque figures to what you are used to on a standard MQB model, the DSG gearbox can often struggle due to the immense heat and pressure the system is under. The increased temperatures are one thing but a decrease in the DSG box ability can cause a wealth of problems including a significant power drop and future gear box issues.
The Racingline DSG cooling system prevents any of these problems from occurring, adding in an additional oil cooler positioned right in the airflow at the front of the car to reduce oil temperatures by around 15-20 degrees centigrade.

- Oil cooler mounting brackets
- AN10 210 series Nylon braided feed and return line
- Billet CNC thermostatic adaptor block
- Replacement, low-profile oil/water cooler
- AN10 10-row oil/air cooler core
- Fitting kit containing all necessary nuts, bolts, washers and rubber mounting bobbins
The kit for all MQB cars comes supplied with two bracket kits. One kit is for Audi S3 models, the other is for all Golf 7 and other MQB models. Please select the bracket kit you require from the drop down list.
