Swap out the smaller, restrictive OEM intercooler with the Hyundai i30 N Performance Intercooler upgrade by AIRTEC Motorsport UK. This free-flowing intercooler offers an enhanced optimal cooling effect across a larger volume of boost.
This i30N Intercooler features a stepped twin-core (160mm & 70mm), providing a significantly increased frontal core surface area, whilst still maintaining the limited space behind the bumper. Constructed with high-flow, moulded one-piece cast end tanks amplifying its excellent cooling property. The 70mm cold side, makes this the largest intercooler available on the market.
An intercooler is an essential upgrade if you are planning on having a Hyundai i30N Remap Stage 2 software. The increase in power is too much for the restrictive stock system to handle, and after no time at all, you'll find your intercooler has become heat soaked. Due to its vast volume, the AIRTEC front mount intercooler has all the perfect heat-conducting properties to handle the increase in power. The high-performance core offers significantly reduced charge temperatures for these hot hatches.
This intercooler fits both the standard i30N and the performance pack models. This the perfect compliment to the Hyundai i30N induction kit, also made by AIRTEC.
